luckygo is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the luckygo support team immediately via live chat. luckygo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your luckygo account is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
luckygo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckygo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must match the payment method used for withdrawals where technically possible.
Deposits are credited to your luckygo account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. luckygo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. luckygo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
luckygo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckygo does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
luckygo may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. luckygo reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
luckygo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any player found to be abusing bonuses may have their account suspended and bonus winnings forfeited.
Important: luckygo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
All games available on the luckygo Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) and are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by luckygo or any third party. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, luckygo reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. luckygo's decision in such matters is final.
All sports bets placed on the luckygo sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. luckygo reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luckygo Platform:
luckygo reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, pending investigation. Where prohibited activities are confirmed, luckygo may permanently close the account, void all bets and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the luckygo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of luckygo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luckygo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckygo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
luckygo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, luckygo's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

luckygo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and regulatory requirements.
You may close your luckygo account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports rules.
